We did it! We made it through another fun-filled, crazy, hectic, mostly amazing, sometimes not-so-amazing year!

Let's face it Reader, as we get older, the years tend to just fly by. Especially if you're raising children!

I can tell you that it was a rough year for some of my close friends. Personally, I've had some ups and downs and I'm a bit uncertain of what 2024 has in store for me. But in the end, we made it through. Whew! We've all most certainly learned a lesson or two and we have grown as human beings, hopefully for the better.

Now for the fun part Reader! To make me accountable, I thought I would share a few of my accomplishments of 2023 and a few of my goals for 2024. I hope you'll share some of those with me as well!

My 2023 Accomplishments

• My website is up and running and I've written at least 10 new blog posts since it was published. Here are a couple of my favorites from the year: Beautiful Balboa Island, CA & Balboa Village, Newport Beach. Two of my favorite places to visit in SoCal!
• I've gained 3 new subscribers, that aren't my friends! Woo hoo! Baby steps... If you enjoy my newsletters, please feel free to share the love! Just send them this link!
• I recently set up an Etsy Store for my printables, and just published my first Valentine's Day Trivia Game Printable! I can't wait to create more throughout the year. Check it out here!

Just a few of My Goals for 2024

• Continue to share my blog posts and my love for Southern California. Create content that helps people and shares kindness. Oh, and of course, travel.
• Grow my email list & further educate and share with my readers.
• Grow my Etsy shop and keep creating cool and useful printables. (I love to keep the creativity juices flowing!)
• Make some money while doing something I love. Because let's face it, we kinda need it to survive, especially with the sunshine tax we pay. Ha ha!
• As a personal goal... I would really love to buy a new car. We really need it!
• Lastly, and probably most important, I need to stop buying crap I don't need. Seriously, it's such a bad habit. (Insert eye roll emoji) Oh... and read more books. Because knowledge is power!
